The ALANSA TOFFEE LOVE

Back in the primary school there was this new girl that came to joined our school named Vera. You could simply tell she was from a preparatory school with the way she dressed. I seriously had a crush on this girl.
Vera was in class 4 so I have to use my class 5 ‘Krachi powers’ to get into my circle.
I had mad love For ALANSA TOFFEE the one sold opposite the school
As Faith may have it Vera loved this delicacy. So it became a daily routine to buy her ALANSA toffee on every second break
Then came Naana who stayed in the same compound House with me. This girl went to tell Aunty Fausty I was sharing the money she gives me to some girls Naana is a kokonsa girl. Aunty Fausty my mum beat the hell out of me that night but it didn’t stop me. I was in love with Vera.
I secretly bought Vera her ALANSA Toffee and one for myself too that was how we bonded. Naana went to tell my mum I used my money on a girl and I had my ass whipped again.
I didn’t know how Naana had her information but my plan was to beat her up after school so she shuts the f*** up. How could you spoil such a beautiful union with your gossips.
Vera liked me and I did too but i didn’t know if it was because I used all my lunch money to buy her Alansa Toffee or it was Because i was one of the few boys in The Cyto who spoke ‘good English’
The feeling was mutual until Vera was moved out of my school and I still didn’t know how Naana had her information with Vera and I.
Moral of the story is; Alansa is a great fruit but sweeter when it’s made into a Toffee /
